Teen Sentenced As An Adult To 32-To-Life In Prison

(Lancaster, PA) -- A 17-year-old has been sentenced as an adult to 32 and a half years to life in prison. Lancaster County Judge Merrill Spahn says the sentence for Elijahuwon Brown is the result of the young man choosing not to change his life and actions throughout his time in the juvenile justice system. He was convicted of first-degree murder and two gun crimes in October for killing Rolando Rivera. At the time of his arrest, Brown was 14 and among the youngest people ever charged with homicide in Lancaster County.
