This HOUSE was made with a 3D PRINTER

posted by Sam -

The companies New Story and Icon are using science to end global homelessness! The homes will be about 600 square feet and cost around $4,000 to make.

New Story has already been working to building safe homes for in-need families; they've built 850 homes for families in Hati, El Salvador, and Bolivia.

But seriously look at this thing! It is def Chip&Jo approved. I love it!

An innovation 1 year in the making, we’re thrilled to unveil the first ever permitted 3D printed home. In partnership with our friends @icon3dtech , this printer was created specifically for the world’s poorest. Impacting the world requires bold risks and this is the first of many. A home tour Chip and Jo would approve of... But what if we had an entire community of 3D homes? Link in bio to learn how we can make this happen.
