(Harrisburg, PA) -- New positive COVID-19 cases are continuing to rise in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported over 71-hundred new cases yesterday. There are currently more than five-thousand people in the state who are hospitalized with the coronavirus. About one-thousand of those hospitalized cases are being treated in the ICU. Over 300 people have also passed away due to complications of COVID-19.
