Hosted by YPOC, the 3rd annual Juneteenth Summit returns as a pillar event that delves into the historical and contemporary issues affecting communities of color. From an engaging welcome reception to a full day of insightful presentations, this conference offers a comprehensive exploration of topics including abolition, desegregation, trauma, safe passage, and the legacy of healing. This conference offers the opportunity for guests to gain a deeper understanding of challenges faced by our hyper local communities in order to explore more meaningful ways to contribute to positive change. By attending, participants can broaden their perspectives, enhance their awareness of social justice issues, network with community leaders and stakeholders and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society. Keynote speaker, Angela Rye, will conclude the Juneteenth Summit experience.
